"Woodcarvers Retreat in New England"

Registrations will be accepted for the RETREAT with "first come first served" class assignment based on the post marked date on your registration form. Generally, the instructor/class program is firmed up and registration forms available by 1 April. If you want to be notified as soon as the registration forms are available, sign up for the group newsletter by entering your email address in the yellow box at top left of this page. If you change email addresses just come back here and enter your new address again.

Note that NEW THIS YEAR is a $20 Instructional fee to be paid directly to the instructor when your class starts on Saturday. WHY??? The instructors have traditionally been volunteers at the Retreat, with the increase in gas prices we have heard several times from potential instructors that they would like to come but travel costs have been getting out of hand. This instructional fee certainly does not compensate them for their time or talent teaching, but will help out with their travel costs. Hopefully we can keep the instructors we have now and encourage a few more new ones in the years ahead.

Once you have sent in your registration, please be patient. Our mail goes to a post office box ,our club mailman picks up the mail from the PO and brings it to our meeting which is the last Sunday of each month. So it may sit in our PO box for up to a month. But they will be opened in the date stamp order of your mailing it. You will receive a confirmation of the reservation in the mail or by email. If your class choices are not available, you will get a phone call or email.
